Hey everyone it's been a while since I've wrote anything on here, but I'm finally able to carve out some free time to get back into writing (I hope). Anyway I thought I'd give you a short update.
We are finally here in South Carolina! It's been almost a month since we drove up here, (sometimes feels like we've been here forever though). For those of you that don't know or haven't seen, we left Hawaii on the first of September and flew to Washington state to visit friends and family. After WA we flew to Florida for about two weeks also to visit family (well and Disney world on the side ;). And then finally after that we drove up to South Carolina.
Over all we LOVE it here, (no place better to be, then where the Lord guides you.) It's very different then what we are used to but I know we will find our way around in no time. Our family here welcomed us so warmly we are still overwhelmed at their love and generosity. We will forever be grateful.
It sometimes gets so cold here and on those days I really question why we left Hawaii lol but knowing that we are where we need to be makes it bearable and I'm looking forward to making it home here. And I'm sure my friends from Alaska would say this isn't cold at all lol so I'm not complaining. :)
We have finally unpacked everything and have slowly been getting into a "normal" routine. I'm homeschooling my kiddos this year so it's been fun! Other then that, still exploring and enjoying this fresh new start for our family.
I treasure each moment and every single day I get with these guys!
